Mie Aceh


Mie Aceh is special food that come from Aceh. The main ingredients of mie aceh are the thick yellow noodle with slices of beef, lamb or seafood. The composition of the mie aceh is chili because mie aceh is spicy dish. Taste of mie aceh is delicious. Usually sprinkled with fried shallot, and served with emping, slices of shallots, cucumber, and lime.

Rendang


Rendang is one of famous food that comes from Padang. The main ingredients of rendang are beef, coconut milk, and other seasoning. Taste of rendang is spicy that make rendang is so delicious. If you want the rendang durable, so you must cook rendang until over cook. Usually, rendang is served with mini potato, lontong or rice, kerupuk and etc.

Pempek


Pempek is special food from Palembang. Pempek which main ingredient of pempek is Belida fish. Belida fish is choop, than makes with flour. Pempek is served with vinegar sauce. The taste of pempek is sour spicy. Sometimes people eat pempek with kerupuk ikan as additional stuff.

Soto Betawi


One of the special food from Jakarta is Soto Betawi. The main ingredients of soto betawi are beef, potato, tomato, which boiled with coconut milk. The thing that make soto betawi different from other soto, was made from coconut milk mix with milk. Coconut milk mix with milk make taste of soto betawi is so delicious. Soto betawi usually is served with rice and kerupuk. Its really recommend food if you come to jakarta.

Mie Kocok


Mie kocok is one of the special food from Bandung. Mie kocok has a very delicious favour because the herb blend made with choice. Main ingredients of mie kocok is noodle which is served with skin, herb blend , and herbal. The difference of mie kocok with other noodle is the serving which different with othe noodles and has more delicious than other noodles. In additional mie kocok can served with kerupuk.

Gudeg


There is a special food that really famous from Yogyakarta. It is called gudeg. The main ingredients of gudeg are baby jackfruit which is boiled with many seasoning and coconut milk. Taste of gudeg is really sweet and delicious, so many people in Indonesia very like this. The texture of gudeg is soft and the color is brown. Usually, gudeg is served with rice, boiled egg, chicken, tofu, tempe, kerupuk, and etc.

Sate Madura


Sate madura is the special food that come from Madura. Sate madura differ from the other sate and the different point of sate madura with other sate is the ingredients of sauce. Main ingredients of sate madura are petis and fresh meat. We can get petis in madura everywhere, petis is made from shrimp and we can use meat to make sate madura. We can roasted the meat and make the sauce of sate madura that mix of petis, onion, and chili. If all of that have been ready, we can combine the sauce with the meat. Taste of sate madura is really famous, so there are many people want to try the original of sate madura

Ayam Betutu


Ayam Betutu is on of the typical food from Bali. This dish has a very good flavour, because this dish using extra spicy sauce made from uncooked onion slices mix with red chili pepper and coconut. Main ingrredients of this dish is Chicken. The difference ayam betutu with other dishes is how to cook. Ayam betutu cooked in clay and typically use firewood. That's what makes ayam betutu very tasty. Usually ayam betutu is served with hot rice as main course.

Coto Makasar


Coto makassar is one of typical food from Makassar. Coto makassar has a special taste from the main ingredients like beef, nuts, salt, pepper, and onion that make people like the taste. Coto makassar usually served when it still warm. Coto makassar has great taste because if you eat it, you can get spicy, sour and savory taste. Coto makassar will be more delicious if we eat with additional matter like lemon, fried onion, chives, and ketupat as main course.
